Our start-up pack for small businesses will get you started as an employer and make sure that both you and your workers are protected.

The start-up pack includes the following essential items:

Employment contract template suitable for your business.
Employment Handbook - containing all the HR policies you will need for your business.
A checklist to make sure you have everything else required for a new employer.

We also offer a free Swift HR membership to businesses. This comprises an initial free consultation for us to develop an understanding of your business and register your Swift HR membership. You are then welcome to contact Swift HR on an ad hoc basis with any employment questions or problems as they arise, on an hourly rate agreed between us. Our aim is to be a friend to your business, and part of your extended team.
