Our Swift HR Health-check is an efficient and cost-effective way to review your employment contracts, policies, procedures and practices. Often the cost of the health-check is more than covered by the savings achieved by businesses as a result of the insights and recommendations provided.

The HR Health-check takes place in three stages:

  1. Establishing objectives for the HR Health-Check

    We meet with you to establish your goals for this HR health-check, which may include cost savings and efficiencies, improving the well-being of your staff, preparing for business growth or significant change, ensuring compliance with employment law, or other operational or strategic goals for your business.

  2. Information gathering, review and analysis

    During this phase we develop a good understanding of your current employment provisions, including documents such as employment contracts and HR policies. Our HR Consultant then reviews the information against UK employment law and regulatory frameworks and identifies compliance issues, plus improvements, cost savings and other outcomes achievable in line with your business objectives.

    We will liaise with you during this process to confirm any areas you would be particularly interested in receiving detailed recommendations about.

  3. Report and recommendations

    You will then be provided with a report containing the findings and recommendations. This will include clear guidance and action steps to resolve any compliance issues, implement efficiencies and/or cost savings, and achieve your business goals for the health-check.
